Chorizo is a type of pork sausage made with natural casings, a method used since Roman times. In Europe, chorizo is a fermented, cured, smoked sausage, which may be sliced and eaten without cooking, or added as an ingredient to add flavour to other dishes. Made to a traditional European recipe and some people may refer to it as the Hungarian Csabai. Three types of this type of a sausage are available ie: Hot, Mini and Mild (Mini being a medium chilli version)
This product comes with two mini chorizo’s per package.
