Description

We don’t mince our words with this guy!!!  If you like spicy…then you will like the Hot Fat Boy.  This coarsely textured, air dried salami is made with whole, not ground spices, sweet Australian garlic and fresh shallots.  It is a rustic old-school favourite with genuine nutty flavour and tangy spice.  Perfect as an addition to pastas and sauces to kick them up a notch.  Best enjoyed when thinly sliced and served with some good cheese and crispy bread.
