The Shop




Cacciatore is another type of a pork sausage however it’s not smoked like the majority we supply. It is an air-dried sausage which is also cured and fermented and is made using natural casings. As its not smoked it takes longer to cure however the result is a piece of art where no flavours have been masked by smoke. The final stage of the process is rolling it in white pepper which give it a pinch of spice.

This product comes with two cacciatore’s per package.
